Thatcham Nature Discovery Centre is an exciting place to discover wetland wildlife. Visitors can enjoy a walk around Thatcham lake, visit the reedbed bird hide or let off steam in the nature playgrounds. There is a wide range of hands on exhibits in Discovery Centre set against a backdrop of giant insect models and colourful banners. Refreshments are available from the Lakeside cafe. Opening times: March - October: Summer weekends & school breaks 11:00 - 17:00, November - February: Winter weekends and term time 13:00 - 16:00. Closed on Mondays.
