Description:

Bough Beech Visitor Centre is a converted 19th century oast house adjacent to a large reservoir and nature reserve. The site is leased to the Trust by Sutton and East Surrey Water plc. The centre is situated almost at the point where Kent, Surrey and Sussex intersect and attracts many visitors each year.


The centre includes displays on hop growing and the oast house, the construction of the reservoir, and the many different habitats that can be found. There are toilets, a picnic barn and a small shop. There is also a nature trail nearby for which leaflets are available.
