The Country Park is named after the famous Seven Sisters that form part of the Sussex chalk cliffs on Britain's heritage coastline. Castle Hill Nature Reserve
Situated on the cliffs adjacent to Newhaven Fort in a prominent position on the cliff tops above Newhaven, this nature reserve is a site of Special Scientific Interest and offers one of the best views of Newhaven and Seaford Head. The chalk grassland has a multitiude of plant life and birdlife including the rare dartford warbler and peregrine falcon.

Seaford Head Local Nature Reserve
Once the site of Bronze Age bowl barrow and an Iron Age Hillfort, still seen as a raised bank in the reserve. There are other archaeological and historical sites around the nature reserve. For further information contact the Ranger that wardens the reserve on 01323 871095.
