Other

Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway
First opened to traffic in 1927 as the 'World's Smallest Public Railway' and now covers a distance of 13.5 miles from the Cinque Port of Hythe, near the channel tunnel, to the fishermen’s’ cottages and lighthouses at Dungeness. Runs a regular service between the towns from April to September, with a limited service also operating the rest of the year.

Martello Tower No 24
Originally 103 towers were built between 1805 and 1812 to resist a potential invasion by Napoleon. Number 24 has been fully restored.

The Old Lighthouse, Dungeness
