Route Overview The trail commences from Abbotstone Down, site of an ancient settlement and follows both the Ox Drove Way and Wayfarers Walk for part of its length. Rolling chalk hills and bluebell woods abound.

Route Description New Alresford is a largely Georgian Town, with a broad street and many local shops including craft and antique shops. There is a variety of tea rooms, restaurants and public houses. The trail also offers a short cut.
