HOLIDAY BREAKS with the Sussex Wildlife Trust

The Sussex Wildlife Trust has joined in partnership with Tourism South East to provide weekend breaks to explore the wonderful wildlife and countryside in Sussex. The next family bushcraft  weekend is based at  the Youth Hostel in Alfriston.

 
 

Family Bushcraft Skills
Friday 19th - Sunday 21st September

We have joined forces with the Alfriston Youth Hostel to put on an exciting family weekend to learn bushcraft skills in nearby Friston Forest. Over the weekend you will learn how to make and light your own campfire, how to make a basic shelter and how to learn to use tools safely.

Cost: £145.00 per adult, £122.00 per child.

The cost includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner at the Alfriston Youth Hostel, provision for two days lunch in the forest, services of 2 trained leaders and an introductory talk on the first evening. The cost does not include personal insurance or drinks. There will be a short drive from the Youth Hostel to the Forest site.
