Description:
Don’t miss our children’s activities every Wednesday during the summer holidays, starting on Wednesday 30th July 2008, 11am - 4pm.
Hands-on creative fun and activities start on Wednesday 30th July at the Museum, and will continue every Wednesday until 27 August. Accompanied children can enjoy arts, crafts, traditional countryside activities, and meeting the heavy horses and farm animals. Enjoy a walk in the woods, feed the hungry ducks on the millpond, and visit the Tudor kitchen. Please dress for outside play.
Activities include: Cane chair weaving, Learn about bee keeping, Lacemaking, Brass rubbing, Natural dyeing, Wattle and daub, Creative hands-on arts, Boundstone Junior Band, Lino printing, Museum Trail .
Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult.
The Museum is open every day this summer from 10.30am - 6pm.
