Tour of Britain Hits Kent

Summer sun, fresh air – now is perfect for a freewheeling escape. And you've great inspiration to cycle Kent's beautiful countryside: the 5th stage of the Tour of Britain passes through (Sept 2), ending at Canterbury.

 
 

Get into the spirit of cycling with this year's Tour of Britain. Sixteen teams will be battling it out over six days across the country, with a brand new fifth stage in the South East from Rochester to Canterbury. Taking place on September 2, the route covers spectacular countryside and cliff-top views before ending in Canterbury.

Let the Tour of Britain route be your spur to explore Kent's uniquely enticing blend of countryside, coast and historical attractions.
