TOURISM CAMPAIGN A BOON FOR RURAL BUSINESSES

A tourism campaign to encourage more people to explore the great outdoors has boosted visitor numbers across the South East and been voted a big hit by rural businesses.

Four legs, furry legs, fluffy legs, feathered legs…come and see over 500 cattle, sheep, pigs, goats and poultry at the Rare and Traditional Breeds Show this summer at the Weald & Downland Open Air Museum at Singleton, near Chichester, West Sussex.

HIGH BEECHES GARDEN WILDFLOWER WEEKEND SAT/SUN 18/19 JUNE

 

 

High Beeches Garden Wildflower Weekend takes place on Saturday and Sunday 18/19 June from 11am -5pm. Arthur Hoare, County Recorder for the Botanical Society of the British Isles will lead guided tours through the wildflower meadow at 12am and 2.30pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
